My name is Sally and there is nothing I like better than to be upside down.

I grew up in Essex UK.  Throughout my childhood, teenage, and university years I spent many many hours in the gymnastics centre training my body to do lots of wonderful and spectacular things.  I trained and competed firstly in Women's Artistic Gymnastics, and then in Sports Acrobatics.  I retired from competition in 2004, but I still regularly train in the gymnastics centre - swinging some giants around the bar or popping out a tumble or two :-)  I am also a qualified gymnastics coach and I am currently teaching gymnastics for Tekne Gymnastics in a number of schools across North London, and a competition group at NELGC.

After graduating from university with a degree in Physiotherapy, I turned my attention to the creative side of me and I began to practice aerial, handstand balance, and contortion.  This escalated into something wonderful and to date I have performed at hundreds of events and launches worldwide - from the sunniness of Dubai to the muddiness of Glastonbury Festival to the crazy traffic of Vietnam! 

I have appeared across the media - on the television and for photoshoots.  I was also a part of the original cast of Andrew Lloyd Webber's musical Love Never Dies in London's West End from 2010 to 2011.

As well as my physical talents I am known for my long legs, amazing physique, and my dedication and passion towards each performance I do.

I train almost every day so that I am always on peak form.  I also practice Bikram Yoga which I find is a great supplement to my usual everyday training.  My body is important to me and I eat well and work hard to keep it in shape and healthy so that i can look at my best, train to my best, and perform to my best each day.
