My name is Sally and there is nothing I like better than to be upside down.

I grew up in Essex UK.  Throughout my childhood, teenage, and university years I spent many many hours in the gymnastics centre training my body to do lots of wonderful and spectacular things.  I trained and competed firstly in Womans Artistic Gymnastics, and then in Sports Acrobatics.  

After graduating from university with a degree in Physiotherapy I turned my attention to the creative side of me and I began to practice aerial, handstand balance, and contortion.   This escalated into something wonderful and to date I have performed my solo and duo handstand contortion and aerial hoop at events worldwide - from the sunniness of Dubai to the muddiness of Glastonbury Festival!

I train almost every day so that I am always on peak form.  I also practice Bikram Yoga which I find is a great supplement to my usual everyday training.
